    When can I expect my order to be delivered?

    After placing your order, processing it takes 1-2 business days. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days after it has been shipped. Please view our shipping times, outlined below:

    United Kingdom:

    • Processing time: 1–2 business days
    • Transit time: 3–5 business days after processing
    • Total delivery time: 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday)

    International:

    • Processing time: 1–2 business days
    • Transit time: 3–10 business days after processing
    • Total delivery time: 4-12 business days (Monday to Friday)

    Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

    How much does shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping on all orders, both within the United Kingdom and internationally. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

    Where can I find my tracking information?

    Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email with your shipping details within 24 hours.

    Use our secure “My Account” area to view all your orders, including tracking information once it’s available.

    You can also track your order using your email address and order number.

    Can I exchange my item?

    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original and place a new order for the correct item.

    You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any eligible items, as long as they meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. This process ensures you receive your new item as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    Your order will then be dispatched the next business day or the day after.

    Orders placed after 11:00 PM will enter processing the following business day.
